As partner and executive manager responsible for the technical management at Emakina Group level (under the CTO role, turnover >70 Mio€, >800 FTE’s), and operational on the more technical projects at Emakina Group.

The CTO role includes not only the selection of technical members, assignment to projects and global planning, but also the social management of the team regarding motivation, career, conflicts and training. As well as strategic management of the portfolio of supported products and managing partner relations.

As for the project responsibility, some of the most important projects: BNP Paribas Fortis, Manpower Inc, Total, Delta Lloyd Life, SN Brussels Airlines, Vacature, BASE Company-Telenet, BRADY Corporation, …. .

For each of these customers, not only the P&L responsibility and team management responsibility, but also the general customer- and project responsibility (including commercial).
