• Responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the projects (from project inception to project closure),

• project management, implementations, and continuous improvement of new and existing Transportation Management business.

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide TMS implementation projects from initiation to closure. Modes: LTL, TL, TL Bulk.Interfaces/ iDoc type: Orders05(Purchase Order),Delvry03(Sales Order ,Stock transfer order, Returns), Shipment 05(PGI)

• Work closely & manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior level executive sponsors, partners, and vendors to define project scope and ensure timely delivery of all project components.

• Actively manage the project portfolio during Initiation/discovery, Planning, OCM, Development, SIT, UAT, Cutover planning, deployment, close and provide regular management status reporting to the senior management.

• Develop and track performance metrics; schedule risk and financial performance of assigned portfolio of programs/projects.

• Change Management: Develop change strategy & execution, stakeholder engagement, and project execution. Responsible for communication, training, and risk management to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Manage and solve prioritization conflicts, resource issues, scheduling issues, and exceptions.

• Contribute to the risk management meetings working with department leads and project teams to identify potential risks and recommend solutions to stabilize project prior to a business-impacting event occurring.

• Responsible for facilitating team calls to monitor and communicate progress, collaborate with key stakeholders to publish status reports, and managing and reporting on open risks and action items.

• Resource planning: Coordinate IT project resources so deliverables are completed within agreed-upon timeframes.
