I'm a strong team player. The goal of my work is to align people and challenging teams in doing the right thing. I do this through conducting user research, hosting sessions, creating experiments and visualisations to quickly communicate my findings or concepts.
I've been involved in projects around corporate innovation, business innovation, service design and innovation coaching in telecom, energy, insurance, psychological healthcare, education, and the cultural sector.
Some typical results that I deliver are customer journeys, infographics, business models canvasses, value proposition canvasses, movies, storyboards, landing pages, and reports. But it always depends on the goal and context of the client.
I also host trainings and sessions around design thinking, co-creation, design sprints, and experiments.
