Ik geloof in digitalisatie waarbij de mens centraal staat. Ik ga steeds op zoek naar de beste oplossing voor de eindgebruiker, dit aan de hand van design thinking technieken.
Ik beschouw mezelf als een pragmatisch agilist. Ik geloof in een agile werking, maar voor mij zijn de agile methodes zoals scrum, kanban en zelfs safe, eerder een buffet waar je zaken uit selecteert die werken en de zaken die niet werken links laat liggen.
Zo werk ik steeds naar een kwalitatief resultaat, met respect voor personen en processen.
