• Acquisition of a competitor in 2021

• Currently managing a 6 person performance marketing team
• Google Ads, Affiliate, SEO, Native Advertising, E-mail & Facebook are the channels we use
• Budget of € 3mm in 2022
• Team uses Asana in Kanban style, with daily standups, weekly progress meetings

Product owner
In three year we built a back-end environment for our 1000 SME partners, our own CRM tool and have a lot of different API connections.
• Dev team of 3 FTE, 1 freelance designer, 1 user story writer
• We work agile with two week sprints
• Laravel framework, SQL DB, VUE.js
• Currently we are going serverless and have just implemented a callcenter software called Steam

This was a direct to consumer brand. In 2018 revenue was approximately € 300k. I did 90% of the work myself. It was very seasonal, May to August are busy, for the rest of the year it did not require much attention. End 2018 the warehouse with the complete inventory burnt down, I settled with the warehousing company for a decent amount of cash.

• I built my own e-commerce store on Woo-Commerce
• Fighetti sold in 8 countries
• Sourced a whole sustainable swimshort line by myself
• I ran the campaigns myself, marketing budget €100k in 2018
• Everything: creative, PR, etc. was all directed by me

This is my digital marketing label. I helped companies grow with consultancy strategy & digital marketing campaigns in all channels, SEO, SEA, Facebook. IWBA held one of the few Google Doubleclick licences in The Netherlands (it is very hard to obtain this and you need millions of marketing spend in your accounts to achieve this). My role was always orchestrating between C- Level, marketing and development.
