Oversee the design, development and implementation of company-wide global programs, policies, strategies, tools and processes for use by the HR teams globally;
Develop, Deploy & Manage the company’s international mobility programs;
Evaluation of existing global C&B programs and provide recommendations for improvements and a competitive framework.
Provide education/training of HR Team members in key C&B disciplines as necessary.
Ensure appropriate information and/or (periodic) reports are prepared and submitted to Management.
Identify and design key metrics and measurements for global C&B programs and services
Model and monitor the effectiveness of C&B programs and plans against underlying business requirements;
Monitor, measure and report on key C&B issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
Act as a trusted advisor to Company Management and Board members by providing expert, clear & concise guidance & counsel.
Partner with Talent Management to integrate performance management and C&B programs and drive process design;
Manage multiple stakeholder relationships globally across the organization in the delivery and execution of C&B initiatives and business objectives.
Develop & deploy a consistent approach to remuneration focused on pay for performance and talent strategies, a global leveling framework, a harmonized benchmarking approach at a global, regional and local level, variable pay and long-term incentives (LTI ) programs and processes, mobility and expatriate/non-resident remuneration management, comp. & benefits communications, data analytics and management information
