Logius is onderdeel van het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties (BZK). In de rol van RTE, binnen A&M, ging het vooral om het vormgeven van een grote digitale transformatie. Deze transformatie was al in gang gezet, maar diende versnelt uitgevoerd te worden. Het betreft DigiD en DigiD Machtigen en heeft tot doel om deze geheel klaar te maken voor de volgende stap. De ART A&M bestaat uit ~140 mensen en meer dan 12 teams. Waarbij zowel remote als hybride wordt gewerkt aan de digitale overheid. Nu deze transitie in de stijgers is gezet wordt de RTE rol wederom overgenomen door een interne collega. Naast RTE ook lid van het MT HR & Flow. Per oktober als Transitie RTE van de ART Gegevens & Berichten aan de slag.

Accountable and responsible for the IT-delivery in relation to the total IT ecosystem for the AOV insurance propositions. Management Team-member within the MT IT and responsible for delivery as STE / RTE for the 'Large Solution AOV'. The size of the Solution is ~8.5 million change budget and ~120 people. Consisting both target architecture and Legacy, spread over several ARTs and various (SCRUM) teams, both in-house and in Nearshoring. During this period transformed the organization successfully from waterfall to (mostly) agile. This includes predictable and sustainable delivery. In the Solution, both Change and Run are secured with employees in Europe and beyond. The teams in this field are multicultural, cross domain and (overall) autonomous. The solution is a Full-Stack delivery organization (Architecture, Design, Build, Test, Run etc… and Sitecore, API, SAP PM, SAP PO, CRM, PEGA , JAVA, .Net, Claims, Exstream, FIPS/MSG, BI, etc.. etc..)

Accountable and functional responsibility for all software development and portfolio planning in relation to income insurance. Part of the IT Management team and Portfolio-board. Managing, cultivating and professionalizing a diverse team of IT-experts within the insurance industry. Introduced Scrum as way of working in the Build teams and realized a sustainable cost saving of ~2 million per year. The team consists of both a nearshoring team located in The Netherlands and Spain and Achmea employees located in Tilburg and Apeldoorn. Plan Team expertise: Portfolio management and Portfolio Planning. Build Team expertise: Software development in .Net, C#, Plato and Biztalk. System testing, scrum and agile development, system integration testing and application support.
