My analytical skills have shown me that a data-driven company doesn’t necessarily mean a company that uses data correctly. Nor does it mean effective usage of customer research in the design process from ideation till the launching phase in order to minimize unnecessary technical costs and increase ROI.
I am here to tell you that linking back every insightful customer knowledge to the short- and long term company strategy is my strength and passion. I see it as my responsibility to be the advocate of our users during every meeting. Our users are my main priority, my manager comes second.
I do this mainly based on one-on-one interviews, focus groups, persona or tribes research, market research and user tests while using my own empathic research method.
